International Resources Management Co. (IRMC) is a commercial real estate service company offering property and facilities management, maintenance, construction, rehabilitation, and consulting services. The firm has specifically designed its services and organization to meet the real estate needs of the corporate and institutional community. IRMC’s organization and services function as an extension of its clients. IRMC has consistently provided the highest level and quality of service for its institutional clientele.

Each major project is assigned an inter-disciplinary team consisting of an Engineer, a property manager, a system support person, and financial analyst. Personnel can be added or the “mix” adjusted to changes in any project or circumstances. The entire firm’s consulting and technical staff has had corporate or institutional experience and understand the decision-making requirements and needs of its clients and customers.

In the past lots of money has been spent to develop infrastructures, yet within a few years, the facilities have deteriorated to a state of disrepair, due to the simple lack of maintenance. We have continued to spend more sums to rebuild or refurbish these structures. Facility management pre-empts problems by structuring a maintenance program for all equipment in a structure and ensures that it is strictly adhered to. There is no reason why a 30 year-old building should not function any different from the first year it was built. We see 200-year-old buildings in lesser-developed nations looking as beautiful and well maintained as the ones made in the 2000’s.
